Delivery times and Order Processing
COVID-19 has taken the world by storm and has disrupted many businesses. Currently Addiction Sports is still shipping out orders internationally. We're at the mercy of our order fulfillment company and couriers, delays with order processing and shipping lead times are expected. If a courier deems your location unsafe to deliver to, your order may be returned or held until safe to deliver. Unfortunately this is out of our control, but we will do what we can to help.
- USA, Canada, & UK: You will usually received your order in around 2 to 10 business days. That said, expect delays in your order processing and shipping out. Please note, during peak times of the year, such as Black Friday/Christmas, there can be a delays especially if you choose the FREE shipping option or cheapest option. Express post will take priority and be delivered sooner than free postage. Delays can happen, which are out of our control.
- International: Shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks depending on your country, however some countries are slow and may take longer. This is out of our control unfortunately. International express shipping is always faster than the cheap option but does not guarantee delivery within a certain number of days for international shipments. Delays can happen, which are out of our control. Expect delays in your order processing and shipping out.
International (not the USA)
International shipping can be expensive. We are investigating adding more shipping warehouses. Training Products will be shipped from the closest/cheapest warehouse when stock is available.
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped. This is generally between 1 to 3 days after you have placed your order.
Multiple Items In Your Order
Our products are individually boxed and shipped separately due to their size. Therefore, different items in your order may arrive on separate days. Please allow a few days to account for this. We unfortunately have no control over items not arriving together, but hang in there, your items will arrive.
If your first item has arrived and you still don't have all your items after two weeks, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out and ensure you get everything you purchased.
There are no customs fees or duties for USA as we have warehouses in these countries and have already paid the customs and taxes to get the products into these countries. Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. We do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, however, we unfortunately have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly. Unfortunately, if your country does charge you additional fees or delay the delivery, this is out of our control. Any additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.
If you want to know how much customs will charge you or why there is a delay in processing your order through customs, you will need to call the customs office in your country.
Out Of Stock
If you order other items with an out of stock item, we can ship you the available items now, or wait until everything is back in stock. Waiting until an items is back in stock does not reserve your other items. You will run the risk of other items going out of stock. If you do order an item that is out of stock, you will be notified via email after purchase. Therefore:
Option #1 Wait until the product is back in stock - If you choose to hold your order and wait for the out of stock item to go back into inventory and ship your order complete, this does not reserve any products that you have ordered. If you go with this option, you run the risk of other items in your order going out of stock.
Option #2 Ship you the products available now at no extra charge to you - If you choose this option we will release the available items in your order at no extra charge to you. Once the product is back in stock, your order will ship. This helps ensure that your entire order is received once we're back in stock.
New Zealand Customers
NZ Customs: Unfortunately due to NZ customs laws: "Any shipment coming into New Zealand valued over $399 will be held". Therefore, if you are a NZ customer and wish to purchase multiple items, please place each order separately (or make sure you keep your order total under $399) so that you can glide through customs without any issues.
Shipping will not be any different if you place your order together or separately, as the items are shipped according to weight. We can no longer ship orders to private addresses in Russia. They keep getting sent back to our warehouse after reaching customs. All Russian orders must be shipped to commercial addresses (that we know of - we’ve tested this and it worked). For more information, please reach out to email@example.com.
Bulk orders world wide are excluded from free shipping. Due to the fact that the products are being shipped in bulk, shipping costs stay relatively low.
